WebRobot

Talent programme · first call

Build your company on our infrastructure

We are looking for recent graduates and students about to graduate with an entrepreneurial mindset. In this programme you inherit the whole WebRobot infrastructure — the data and AI-agent platform, the app runtime, the cloud — and you build your own vertical products on it, in revenue sharing.

We have already received promising CVs. Now we want a more structured call: tell us what you have built, and what you would build. We are looking for minds that think like founders — that is what we need to win, together.

What you inherit

The platform

Data pipelines from any source, AI agents and multi-agent teams, and App Studio to turn an agent into an app your customers pay for.

The infrastructure

Managed cloud, deployment on the customer’s own cloud (BYOC), and EuroHPC supercomputing for research and innovation projects (not for commercial workloads).

The way to market

The marketplace, white-label for partners, and the markets we already work in: Cyprus, Italy, the UK.

The founders

You work side by side with the people who built the platform: product, sales and technical decisions, in the open.

How revenue sharing works

You are not an employee on a salary: you are a partner. You build vertical products on our infrastructure and you take them to customers.

What those products earn is shared between you and WebRobot. The more your products earn, the more you earn.

The shares and the terms are set in a written agreement before you start — nothing on this page replaces it.

Who we are looking for

How the call works

  1. Apply. The form below: about ten minutes. Two questions matter most — what you built, and what you would build.
  2. A call with the founders. Thirty minutes to get to know each other and talk about your idea.
  3. A real challenge. Build a first vertical app on the platform in two weeks, with our support.
  4. The agreement. We sign the revenue-sharing terms and you start.

Links to your CV or profiles are enough — no attachments.

Fill in name, email, university, field, where you are, and the two questions.
