WebRobot installs the complete stack — web acquisition, ETL engines and AI agents — in your cloud account or on your own servers. Your data never passes through our infrastructure. You keep your cloud contracts and your bill; we license the software.
Managed and licensed — not one or the other
In BYOC we do both. We provision the stack, run it and keep it running, inside your perimeter; you licence the software per node. You are not handed a product to operate on your own, and you are not renting a service you cannot see into.
Orchestration is included in the licence, not sold on top of it: provisioning, scheduling, scaling the workers, retries and recovery are ours to run. The per-node price is what the whole thing costs — there is no separate management fee, and no tier where you get the software but have to operate it yourself.
The one thing we do not do is resell you compute: the servers stay on your cloud contract, at your provider's price.

BYOC Soft — start small
Our managed control plane drives workers that run in your cloud. Ideal to validate a use case or automate one agentic process close to your internal systems, with no open inbound ports.
BYOC Hard — your own cluster
A dedicated Kubernetes cluster with its own control plane, storage and private network, installed in one click. Built for regulated industries and strict data-residency rules.
How it works
- Choose where it runs. Hetzner, OVHcloud, Scaleway, IONOS, Aruba, the hyperscalers, or your bare metal.
- One-click install. We provision the cluster, storage (Ceph), private network and the WebRobot stack.
- Build with the agent. Describe the data you need; the agent designs the pipeline, you approve it, it runs on schedule.
- Grow by node. Add nodes when workloads grow. The licence follows the nodes; the servers stay yours.
Security and compliance
- You are the data controller. WebRobot is a software vendor, not a processor of your payloads.
- Isolation: a private network per tenant, separate credentials and storage.
- Protected runtimes: encrypted images and a per-node licence with remote revocation, so the software in your perimeter is exactly the software we ship.
- Private models: agents can use models hosted in your own infrastructure.
- For exit plans (DORA): software bill of materials and source-code escrow available on request.
Architectural alignment with GDPR, NIS2, DORA and the AI Act — not legal absolution. Customers keep their controller-side obligations.
